WMTS is accepting sealed bids on 2 buses that will be disposed under the VW mitigation process. These buses will have the engines permanently disabled and the chassis will also be destroyed. The first bus is a 2005 Chevrolet C5500 with Duramax engine and Allison Transmission. The second bus is a 2003 International 3000 school bus with a T444e engine. Many good parts on these buses. The buyer will be required to sign a form stating that they acknowledge the engines and chassis have been destroyed. Vehicles will need to be removed from WMTS premises within 5 days of bid award.
